About The Position

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator in Columbus, IN. This role involves performing a variety of duties, including assisting front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards. The Office Administrator is also responsible for providing a world-class customer experience by ensuring the center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
