About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator responsible for processing inbound orders from the field. This role involves generating invoices, Bills of Lading (BOL), receipts, and scheduling shipments from the warehouse. The position also includes tasks such as two-match for accounts payable, expediting material to ensure timely delivery, verifying shipments on the floor, and conducting inventory control documentation. Additionally, the Office Administrator will provide quotes to the outside sales team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of office experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience with order entry, accounts payable, and/or logistics/expediting.
  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to perform formulas in Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and Sage.
  • High School Diploma.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree is preferred.
