About The Position

Are you an organized, service‑oriented professional who enjoys being at the center of a thriving office environment? TETER is seeking a proactive and dependable Office Administrator to support our Fresno office and Shared Services team. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, professional first‑impression experience while providing administrative and project support across the firm. What You'll Do As the Office Administrator, you'll be a key partner in keeping our office operations running smoothly and supporting teams across the firm. You will:

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, project support, or operations coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Friendly, professional, and service‑oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Comfort learning firm systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint
  • High level of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license for occasional work‑related errands and off‑site needs

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Fresno office, greeting visitors and responding to in‑person, phone, and general office inquiries
  • Manage front‑desk hospitality, conference room scheduling, meeting setup, catering coordination, and mail and shipping
  • Maintain the day‑to-day readiness of the office, including supplies, equipment, and overall appearance
  • Coordinate facility needs, vendor visits, and maintenance requests
  • Assist with project setup, billing support, data entry, and invoice coordination
  • Support Project Delivery and Corporate teams with overflow and deadline‑driven tasks
  • Maintain shared calendars, directories, and administrative tools
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, employee engagement activities, and special projects
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
