Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team in Monessen, PA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares billing for Accounts Receivable, reviewing pricing and appropriate coding on invoices, monitoring internal controls. Maintain Accounts Payable and Purchase Order balances. Operate a computer workstation to input, update and retrieve data as it is relative to position assigned. Coordinate maintenance and inventory of office equipment/supplies. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports. Assists in the performance of month-end close process as needed. Prepare and maintain reports and schedules integral to the key areas of the operation. Works with customers and vendors to resolve issues. Answer the telephone and/or greet customers, vendors and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Performs special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
  • Courteous, proactive, and well-organized professional to provide creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong desire to work effectively in a team environment and learn the overall business.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Machine Shop Administration preferred.
