Across our New Jersey and Minnesota locations, you’ll work alongside knowledgeable experts on diverse projects in an environment where every day is different and your contributions truly matter Are you highly organized, friendly, and energized by helping others?  LTS is seeking an Office Administrator who will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at our West St. Paul site.  As the Office Administrator, you will be the face and heartbeat of our Minnesota site.  No two days will be the same—and your contributions will have a meaningful impact across the entire facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes initiative, and thrives in a professional, collaborative environment.     This is a full time, onsite role located in West St. Paul MN Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or office administrator.
  • Dependability and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new software quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and represent LTS in a warm, professional manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a cGMP environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and guests while managing the visitor calendar and badges.
  • Answer and route phone calls, receive and distribute mail, and maintain office filing and electronic recordkeeping.
  • Manage office supplies, beverage stations, vending machine coordination, and meeting meal orders—ensuring the workplace stays organized and well‑stocked.
  • Provide meeting and event support, including setup, cleanup, flyer creation, and wellness program materials.
  • Coordinate corporate travel according to policy, work with travel partners, maintain travel records, and ensure accurate, timely processing.
  • Support MN site Vice Presidents and visiting global leaders with administrative and clerical needs, including data entry and calendar support.
  • Create and update presentations for Town Halls, Leadership Meetings, and various company events.
  • Provide marketing support by creating slideshows, working with vendors, and assisting with LTS-branded materials.
  • Support HR/Human Relations with onboarding tasks, employee file maintenance, and other administrative needs.
  • Collaborate with the NJ Office Administrator to maintain and update content on the LTS NA intranet.
