Job Description: Position: Office Administrator Location: Beltsville, MD Pay: $50,000-$65,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience) Full Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOP Job Duties: -Greet all visitors to the office location and determine proper direction for their visit. -Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls or take messages as needed. -Open mail and process accordingly. -Gather information and enter payables for a multi-state organization. -Address payables related issues with project managers. -Create job folders and track job progress with project managers. -Prepare written correspondence and various other documents related to payables. -Maintain and organize vendor files and customer files. -Communicate daily with management team regarding status of projects and any concerns. -Uphold company policies and vendor requirements. -Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: -Relevant experience in an office environment. -Accounts payable experience. -High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate. -Proficient personal computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). -Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. -Detail-oriented and has ability to prioritize and organize work. -Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. -Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment. -Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation. Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Accounts payable experience.
