About The Position

As an Office Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the Corporate Operations team and helping our office run smoothly day to day. In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative and office support responsibilities, including managing incoming calls, processing and distributing mail, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, and assisting with logistics for events and new employee onboarding. You will work closely with the Office Manager while reporting to the Director of Corporate Operations, giving you exposure to multiple areas of office operations and a strong foundation for growth in an administrative career. This is a strong fit for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and service-minded.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and follow through consistently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support at the Greenwood Village office in alignment with Loveland office initiatives
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Open and close the office daily as scheduled
  • Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming common areas
  • Track and replenish office, kitchen, bathroom, and janitorial supplies
  • Support postage and shipping operations, including FedEx, Pitney Bowes, and postage logs
  • Support Corporate AP/AR with invoices, receipts, and petty cash
  • Report and help coordinate office maintenance needs at the direction of the Office Manager
  • Assist with client and vendor appreciation efforts, including preparation and delivery of materials
  • Build and maintain the monthly events calendar based on the annual Corporate Operations calendar
  • Support employee appreciation activities such as potlucks, catered meals, gifts, and internal announcements
  • Assist with preparations for internal and external events
  • Provide on-site, day-of support during events as needed
  • Assist with meeting and event setup
  • Prepare new hire desk supplies, workspace setup, and welcome items
  • Ensure onboarding materials are available and organized for incoming employees
  • Support established community partnership activities
  • Assist with planning and logistics for community involvement events as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of office and team operations
