The Office Administrator provides administrative support to both the Human Resources and Finance departments. This entry-level role is responsible for assisting with payroll processing, new employee onboarding and orientation, attendance tracking, benefits administration support, and general office administration. The position also supports Finance with various clerical and administrative duties. This role is designed as a developmental position, with the expectation that the individual will gradually transition into expanded HR support responsibilities. There are opportunities for advancement within the Human Resources department for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and interest in pursuing an HR career.
