Position Summary The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment while managing front desk operations, handling communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative and facility needs. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct calls from the main phone line. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages. Create and process FedEx shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments. Order office and breakroom supplies and monitor inventory levels. Restock supplies across all floors on a daily basis. Coordinate bereavement flower orders on behalf of the company. Manage and maintain the visitor management system. Issue, update, and audit employee parking permits. Fulfill personal protective equipment (PPE) requests. Manage the Jackson lobby calendar and coordinate lobby usage. Maintain and manage the office key lockbox. Schedule, set up, and tear down conference rooms, including Park View and lower-level spaces. Maintain visitor logs and issue badges, if applicable. Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
