Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common technology tools
  • A positive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Minimum of two years of office or customer service-related experience
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and support multiple teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming face of our organization by greeting all visitors and clients
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor access control and maintaining visitor logs
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure the office stays well-stocked and organized
  • Provide administrative support across departments such as HR and Accounting
  • Assist with employee events and office activities
  • Take on additional administrative duties as needed
