About The Position

Office Administrator Our Brea, CA business unit is seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join the face of their team! This role is the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees and plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will provide front desk reception, meeting and office support, and assist all departments with ad hoc administrative tasks. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with room setup.
  • Order and arrange catering for meetings and company events.
  • Support HR and Marketing with planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist departments with ad hoc administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and office area.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
