About The Position

The Office Administrator role at LIV Sotheby's International Realty is essential for supporting the daily operations and growth of the business. This position involves assisting the Managing Broker with business planning, coordinating front desk responsibilities, and providing high-level customer service. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior real estate experience.
  • Real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional follow-through and time management skills.
  • Team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Desire to proactively help and serve agents and meet office needs.
  • Understanding of transaction management services and local MLS is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and CRM.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with transaction management services.
  • Familiarity with local Multiple Listing Service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Managing Broker.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation services for new agents.
  • Support business development projects as needed for leadership.
  • Manage the monthly floor schedule for brokers.
  • Act as an in-house resource for company platforms and services.
  • Issue and track all parking in the office as applicable.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all brokers regarding office-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Broker to create engaging sales meeting content.
  • Send weekly sales meeting reports to Operations for training review.
  • Assist in planning and executing various company events.
  • Lead broker meetings and training sessions when necessary.
  • Manage vendor relationships and office supply inventories.
  • Liaison for all office building management services.
  • Support and promote LIV's Mission and Vision.
