Bravo Conservatory of Music is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team in Cupertino, CA. As an established music academy serving the San Francisco Bay Area, we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing environment for our students to develop their musical talents. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our academy, supporting both our students and teaching artists. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant community that values music education and artistic expression. In this role, the Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administrative duties, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. The Office Administrator will interact with current students and new inquiries, providing excellent customer service through various channels including on-site interactions, phone calls, emails, and social media. Additionally, the role involves scheduling classes, promoting events, and designing promotional materials such as flyers and graphics for both print and social media. The Office Administrator will also assist in planning and executing events such as Open Houses, Recitals, and Summer Camps, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for our students and their families. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our team of teaching artists. Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are a plus, as they will enhance communication with our diverse student body. The role is expected to require 15-20 hours per week, primarily on weekends, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking part-time employment in a dynamic and creative environment.
