About The Position

Canteen is hiring immediately for a part-time OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR position located at Canteen Vending Services - 542 Mariposa Road, Modesto, CA 95354. The schedule is part-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. More details will be provided during the interview process. The role involves overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees general operation of the unit office including upkeep of operating cost records, associate files, compliance, and record retention.
  • Maintains supporting documentation and ensures staffing, service, and financial standards are met.
  • Audits cash transactions, deposits funds, and prepares financial statements.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual reports for management review.
  • Coordinates with other departments and is knowledgeable of sector-support departments in the corporate office.
  • Provides recommendations for the selection and performance management of associates.
  • Attends staff and management team meetings.
  • Inventories and maintains office supplies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
