About The Position

Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office operations support activities for one or more people or departments. This role coordinates workflow and communications between operating units, vendors, and customers to support day-to-day administrative and operational processes. The individual serves as a resource on all office policy, methods & procedures and performs data entry and retrieval functions. They may respond to non-routine information requests and assist with the preparation of reports, as well as perform various accounting, compliance, inventory, or HR related duties as requested. Additional responsibilities include arranging meetings, scheduling appointments, and making travel reservations. The role also assists with HR processes and coordinates HR data transfer to regional HR. There may be involvement with sales orders, invoicing, customer accounts, and providing similar sales transaction support as requested. The individual understands and observes all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to themselves or co-workers, attends periodic safety meetings as required, and may recommend changes to improve safety procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 2 years administrative or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
