About The Position

The position is responsible for performing a variety of general administrative and office operations support activities. This includes serving as the office receptionist, preparing routine correspondence, handling data entry, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining office supply inventory. The role may also involve arranging meetings and conferences, maintaining calendars, and making travel reservations. Safety procedures must be understood and observed to prevent injury, and other duties may be assigned as necessary.
