About The Position

The position involves supporting human resources functions, administering employee health and welfare plans, and acting as a liaison between employees for human resources matters. Additionally, the role includes managing office services to ensure organized office operations and procedures, controlling correspondences, designing filing systems, and reviewing and approving supply requisitions. The candidate will provide full administrative support for the executive team and other Credit Union managers in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities also include emailing memos, sending meeting notifications, and assisting or coordinating all Board and Committee meetings, which involves scheduling, emailing notices, preparing documents, attending meetings, and taking minutes. The role requires managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence, as well as acting as the main point person for vendor relationships related to office supplies and services. The candidate will process payroll, conduct new hire orientations, oversee annual open enrollment, and assist in daily HR tasks related to employee issues and concerns.
