Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities paired with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related workplace tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including supplies inventory, mail handling, seating charts, office contact lists, office layout, moves, and overall office condition and repairs
  • Serve as receptionist, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and communications
  • Coordinate with IT on office equipment, phone systems, audio/visual support, and ensure systems are properly set up and maintained
  • Support employee onboarding and office security by managing access, phone setup, and ensuring systems reflect active employees
  • Develop and implement office policies, and plan or support in-house and off-site events, meetings, and conferences
