Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the office and support the Head of School.
  • Interface with parents, teachers, and students.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for multiple individuals.
  • Answer phones and take messages.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence using a computer.
  • File office documents to ensure organization.
  • Ensure efficient operation of all office procedures.
  • Coordinate duties of additional support staff if applicable.
  • Step in to perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of School.
