Office Administrative The purpose of this position is to provide daily support for the Employment Office and Remote locations. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. Austin Industries is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
  • Education – no minimum education requirements.
  • Experience – 2 years’ experience in high volume customer service environment.
  • Certifications/Licenses : A Valid TWIC Card and Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Answering Telephones and Emails
  • Transferring call to appropriate parties
  • Customer Service
  • General Administrative duties that pertain to Employment and Medical Department
  • Maintain employee-owner records through our HRIS system
  • Ensuring sites comply with Austin’s background protocol
  • Responsible for entering background renewals
  • Able to work overtime during transitions or outages
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Other duties as assigned
