About The Position

Houston Colors Contracting is a dynamic company specializing in resurfacing, carpet cleaning, roofing, and plumbing services tailored for multi-family properties throughout the Houston area. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing exceptional support to our clients and technicians. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks effectively. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. You will be responsible for receiving orders, generating invoices using QuickBooks, and maintaining accurate filing systems for invoices. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving any situations that may arise, ensuring that our customer support service meets the high standards we set for our clientele. Additionally, you will create technician schedules and coordinate the dispatch of technicians to various job sites, making your organizational skills vital to our operations. The work hours for this position are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and you will also be responsible for responding to emails and assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be a significant asset in serving our diverse client base.
