General Summary This position will provide a highly motivated, engaged student the opportunity to be part of the Regional Operations Finance Team and will get exposure to various parts of our finance and accounting functions.
Requirements
- High School diploma required and current enrollment at an accredited institution of higher learning such as a community college or university.
- Advanced MS Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and vlookup
- Strong academic record
- Team Player
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Proficient in the use of spreadsheets
- Good communication skills and desire to work with different groups of people
- Abide by the Company’s Code of Conduct on a daily basis.

- Courteous, friendly, and helpful to others inside and outside of the company
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in day-to-day administrative and basic accounting functions
- Accounts Payable data entry and statement reconciliation
- Data entry and reconciliation of extra work billings
- Basic understanding of compliance with company policies and procedures
- Answering phones and sorting mail
- Assist with writing procedures/process documentation
- Read and respond to email in a timely and professional manner
- Sorting, saving and renaming files to various folders on a shared drive
- Process improvement opportunities
- Special projects upon request
