The successful candidate will work closely with Project Management team in our Rock Springs Area Office. Candidates will work in the office with the management team. Successful office administrative assistants exercise attentiveness to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in an environment that is routine.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience, with some exposure to HR functions.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, especially in the context of construction or related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle all inbound phone calls and route or resolve inquiries as needed
  • Coordinate and support employee orientation and onboarding processes
  • Complete accurate time entry and recordkeeping
  • Maintain and manage project logs, invoicing, purchase orders, and equipment logs
  • Operate computer scanners and imaging software for document processing and record management.
