About the Team: As the Houston Office Admin, you will be the overall point of contact for the Houston office. You will have responsibility for ensuring that the Houston office is a professional working environment for our staff and a great representation of Capco for guests who come to the office.

Requirements

  • Highly professional and articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate Excel expertise (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, index, match)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • The Office Admin maintains general office upkeep and ensures well-kept work environment
  • Checks mail and stocks the refrigerator and kitchen supplies every morning.
  • Point of contact for all vendors and maintains office and kitchen supply inventory.
  • Orders any special requests, as needed
  • Ensure office is secure and manage access of individuals coming into the office
  • Office Admin position is onsite 5 days a week at our Houston office, with standard work schedule Monday – Friday with some flexibility on start and end times
  • Monitors office equipment, and contacts service repair vendors, as necessary
  • Coordinates with Capco IT Help Desk as appropriate to help solve employee IT issues
  • Runs small errands required for office function
  • Leads multiple employee focused programs (Service Awards, Birthday and Holiday Cards, Benevolence Care etc.)
  • Coordinates and plans meetings, engagement events, and lunches
  • Organizes and coordinates local Partner team’s calendar including scheduling appointments, copying or printing materials, and/or presentations
  • Assist the Partner team with expense submission/reimbursement
  • Assist the Partner team and Finance Team with ad hoc reports, forecasting and projects
  • Completes additional projects or tasks, as assigned.
  • Assist with plans and coordination of ATP (Associate Training Program) sessions.
  • Coordinates meeting room reservations
  • Validates parking for visitors and employees.
  • Help to maintain building & office badge system.
  • Assists HR/Recruiting with new employee validation
