About The Position

Office Administrator duties include communications, personnel, accounting, job management, and office functions. They manage office and accounting functions at each facility. Job tasks require strong communication and project management skills. Office administrators are directly supervised by the local facility managers. Office administrators are cross trained to assist other locations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and project management skills (multi-task environments)
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting system software experience
  • 1-2 years office and accounting experience required
  • Post-offer physical required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in human resources activities preferred
