About The Position

The Office Administration Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support for the corporate support team at Celebration Restaurant Group, one of the largest franchisees of KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell in the country. This part-time position reports to the Director of HR and is based in Celebration, FL. The role is non-exempt and requires immediate availability.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Proficient level of capability with Microsoft 2013 Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Demonstrate a high sense of teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support Staffing Manager with job postings and other staffing related tasks
• Assist with miscellaneous projects to drive culture initiatives or other administrative tasks such as scanning and uploading documents
• Maintain all active management and terminated employment files
• Prepare and ship all promotion recognition packets
• Prepare and mail out all newly hired driver packets
• Perform miscellaneous clerical type work
• Provide backfill support for Office Manager position in various areas including sorting and distributing mail, greeting guests, answering phones, signing for packages, coordinating outgoing mail, copying, filing, and meeting preparation
• Log and prepare incoming checks
• Manage general office supplies and coordinate online orders and retail pickups
• Provide general assistance in project work as directed by the Executive Leadership Team

Benefits

• Wage range of $11 - $13 per hour depending on experience
