About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Office 365 System Administrator to join our team in Vienna, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our Office 365 applications, with a focus on setting up and maintaining user accounts, ensuring system enhancements, and supporting Microsoft Exchange in a highly secure, classified environment. This position requires onsite presence 5 days a week in Vienna, VA.

Requirements

• Experience with Office 365 administration and management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and OneDrive.
• Ability to manage user accounts and licenses effectively.
• Experience in a classified or secure environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Certifications related to Microsoft Office 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provision new user accounts and profiles, and manage Office 365 licenses.
• Manage and support user accounts and groups, including password resets, user access issues, and mailbox management.
• Regularly review and implement system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure the optimal performance of the Office 365 environment.
• Oversee and maintain the integrity and security of data stored in OneDrive, including sharing permissions and access controls.
• Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Exchange, ensuring smooth and secure email communications within the classified environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with end-users, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive user experience.
• Administer collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
