About The Position

Anderson University's Office of Athletics invites applications for the role of full-time Offensive Coordinator. The Offensive Coordinator is responsible, in coordination and in support of the Head Football Coach, for the development and maintenance of an effective and competitive NCAA Division II Football program. The Offensive Coordinator will assist with administration, recruitment and retention of all student athletes by developing a supportive Christian faith culture within the program while adhering to all NCAA rules and regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparation of detailed scouting reports; conducting pre-game warm-up activities; planning and organizing travel plans for both in and out-of-season; participating in fundraising activities; and generating ideas for game day attendance and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in collegiate athletics programs.
• Knowledge and compliance with NCAA Division II and South Atlantic Conference rules and guidelines.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and work collaboratively.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
