About The Position
This position will primarily be on first shift. However, we will need this person to float to other shifts as needed. The primary function of this role is to oversee the operation and compliance of our offal screening, DAF, sludge production/dewatering, and chemical mixing/injection system. The individual must always use and maintain personal protective equipment and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
