Ford Racing is seeking an enthusiastic and talented professional to join our Experiences team supporting Off-Road Events initiatives. In this role you will support the Off-Road Experiences Strategy Manager in overseeing all aspects of Ford Racing relevant experiences, ensuring they align with Ford’s brand values and strategic goals. You will assist in managing program operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and continuously enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in event management, customer experience, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Off-Road experiential activations including Raptor Rally and Ford Off-Road Adventures
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to grow and enhance new and existing programming, attracting new customers and strengthening the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Comms, Brand) to ensure program success and consistency in approach, implementation, and customer experience.
  • Ensure a consistent customer and brand experience across all off-roading events.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and overseeing the selection of high-quality partners to support the program.
  • Utilize customer feedback and desirability research to inform and refine experience offerings.
  • Prepare and present program initiatives and updates to key company stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the collection, organization, and tracking of program metrics and customer data to support reporting and analysis efforts
