The Off-Premise Marketing Manager brings our brand to guests wherever they are by leading all off-premise channels, including pickup, first party delivery, third party delivery, catering, and specialty programs. This role is built for someone with a passion for igniting growth, someone who knows how to build and fuel partnerships with DoorDash and Uber Eats, drive momentum in our own first party delivery, and make every pickup experience feel effortless and personal. It takes strong off premise knowledge, flawless execution, and the drive to keep the fire lit across every channel. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role works cross functionally to make sure each off-premise touchpoint stays true to our brand and delivers with that unmistakable Torchy's energy.
