About The Position

Eureka Multifamily Group is currently seeking Off Duty Policy Officers for our properties. The Off Duty Police Officer, Security personnel, or a Security Officer, provides protection and surveillance for the property or asset and its personnel and residents. Their duties include patrolling a specific area, providing protection from harassment, physical attack, vandalism, and other forms of abusive or unauthorized treatment when needed. Ensuring that your weapon is well always maintained and secure. They will also be maintaining incident reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Police Officer currently
• Relevant weapons license and training.
• Clear criminal record.
• Strong commitment to the well-being of others.

Nice To Haves

• First aid or CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Protect the business' property, staff and the environment by keeping the location secure.
• Apprehend trespassers and remove people who violate the rules of the location they secure.
• Report any suspicious incidences to management in detail.
• Act in a lawful manner while in defense of the property, staff and environment they are in charge of.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business building and perimeter.
