About The Position

Our firm is seeking a licensed Georgia attorney to serve in an Of Counsel capacity. This is a part-time, low-volume engagement designed for an experienced practitioner who is looking to supplement an existing practice with a flexible, straightforward affiliation. The role involves minimal day-to-day involvement and is structured to require only light, as-needed participation. Most matters will be handled by our core legal team; the Of Counsel attorney will primarily serve as our Georgia-licensed counsel of record and advisor on Georgia-specific issues as they arise. This is a low-effort, high-flexibility role well suited to an Georgia attorney who wants a stable supplemental affiliation without taking on a full caseload. You will work with an established, professional team, and the arrangement is designed to be simple, respectful of your time, and easy to maintain alongside your existing practice.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia, in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Current malpractice insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative arrangement.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 3–5 years of legal practice experience (preferred but flexible).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's Georgia-licensed attorney of record on select matters involving Georgia law or Georgia-based clients.
• Provide occasional consultation on Georgia state law, local rules, and procedural questions as they arise.
• Review filings, correspondence, or documents that require signature or oversight by Georgia-licensed counsel.
• Maintain good standing with the State Bar of Georgia throughout the engagement.
• Communicate promptly with the firm on any time-sensitive Georgia-related matters.
