Job Summary: The OEM Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of OEM accounts within a multi-state territory, with occasional accounts outside the region. This role focuses on account management, contract compliance, and driving revenue growth through product expansion and new business development. Success requires strong technical expertise and an engineering mindset to deliver customized solutions while meeting sales KPIs. The position balances account maintenance (50%), expansion within existing accounts (30%), and new logo acquisition (20%). Operating primarily as an individual contributor, the specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams—including engineering, supply chain, and operations—to ensure customer satisfaction and develop innovative solutions. Additional responsibilities include leveraging data analytics for performance monitoring, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows. Extensive travel (40–60%) within the territory is expected.
