We are seeking a highly energetic and highly motivated experienced hunter to drive new OEM business growth as our Sales Manager to join our team!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
• 5+ years of experience in sales to OEM accounts preferably in aerospace and defense markets.
• Background in transducer/load cells or force sensors a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive new business growth by identifying and capturing high-value opportunities in key industries that rely on force sensors, particularly but not exclusively in aerospace, defense and aviation sectors.
• Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Lead generation and pipeline development.
• Collaboration with internal teams.
• Business development.
