About The Position

The Alliance Manager at NVIDIA is responsible for driving revenue generation and business solutions in Visualization, Compute, Data Science, and Analytics, particularly in collaboration with HPI. This role is pivotal in achieving revenue targets, building opportunity pipelines, and developing customer solutions, thereby supporting NVIDIA's enterprise business growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales or business development with a proven track record of driving business.
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience with technology providers and sales channels.
  • HPI sales enablement experience, internally and with partners.
  • Meticulous with excellent critical and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of creative professional workflows & ISV tools used for ProViz, AI and DS.

Nice To Haves

  • Niche skills in Professional Visualization, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or Video Analytics.
  • Experience in HPI Workstation sales.
  • Shown success in business and ecosystem development initiatives.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills; a self-motivated individual who achieves success with little mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all aspects of revenue generation, demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, and sales management, including training and education.
  • Build and implement revenue growth strategies for Professional Visualization in the EMEA region, including AI, with HPI's enterprise sales for Workstation, Deep Learning/Machine Learning, and Analytics.
  • Lead and operationalize HPI and NVIDIA EMEA field sales to build pipelines for short- and long-term growth.
  • Create collaborative business strategies to improve opportunities for both NVIDIA and HPI in key vertical segments.
  • Implement effective forecasting, develop sales programs to drive pipeline, and close significant enterprise sales.
  • Collaborate with HPI overlay teams to build sales motions and identify Lighthouse accounts.
  • Influence HPI sales with our value proposition, promoting NVIDIA's GPU, software, and networking ecosystem.
  • Plan, resource, and deliver training and seminars to educate, motivate, and align field sellers with a focus on key Workstation channel partners.
  • Coordinate alignment between NVIDIA & HPI account managers and synchronize EMEA sales strategies.
