About The Position
We are hiring a Sales/Event Manager! The position offers a salary of $43,517. The Sales/Event Manager will provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients at all times, ensuring a successful experience for planners and attendees with the goal of garnering both repeat and referral business. The role involves responding in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers, delivering clear and concise communication that represents Concord Hospitality. The manager will effectively monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details, including tracking and communicating particulars of each assigned event and group. Knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage products, pricing, and presentation is essential, along with excellent time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
