OEM Product Development Technician

The OEM Product Development Technician is responsible for building prototype mattresses and/or accessories to support new launches and/or quality or cost down initiatives, operating testing equipment, reporting on test data, analysis of sample accessories & mattresses, and assist in product failure analysis.
Requirements
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office required; proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Material handling experience
- Be willing to work overtime, as needed
- Be willing to learn and ask questions
- Be willing to travel if necessary
- High School Diploma or GED required. Some technical training in related field of study is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Runs required tests
- Reports/analyze on test finding to designated personnel
- Manage samples outgoing to customers
- Manage samples' readiness to meet test plan & timelines
- Other duties, as assigned by supervisor
- Must be able to work in a team environment
