About The Position

Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) is seeking a self-motivated entry level Program Manager to capture, organize and offer insights related to potential improvement areas in key OEM Portfolio processes. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product managers, project managers, and key strategic suppliers, to complete this process documentation and improvement project.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field
• Previous internship experience preferably related to Product Management
• Experience leading/managing programs
• Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Product planning and life cycle management for a particular product or product line or services portfolio to fulfill customer value and achieve both marketing and financial objectives.
• Apply broad knowledge of company's product capabilities and competitive environment along with analysis of consumer trends, technical capabilities, and technology partners to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
• Determine product features and functions and oversees product development liaising with cross-functional teams and ensure products are delivered with high quality, competitive cost, time-to-market/ time-to-volume, and efficient complexity.
• Use market feedback to evaluate product functionality and drives present/future product direction.
• Evaluate in-depth market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products.
• Conduct marketing communications regarding product core selling points to product marketing/GEO marketing and customers.
