Job Description: Responsibilities Support Development and Maintenance of OEM Operational Standards Assist the WW OEM Operations Lead to support modification and documentation of OEM business rules, commercial and operational standards and ensure alignment with current global HPE-wide functional policies and process standards. Work closely with global and regional sales, legal, finance, logistics, global trade, customer operations, services operations, and IT teams to resolve operational issues with the goal of continuously improving ease of doing business while at the same time maintaining required business controls. Help develop, deliver, and maintain updates of internally focused cross-functional training on OEM operational policies, standards, agreement templates, and procedures. Contribute to Governance & Compliance Management Support audits and compliance reviews by steering functions who manage reference data and transactional execution to adhere to correct representation, documentation with unambiguous evidence and traceability of necessary approvals. Drive awareness for adherence to OEM business rules through agreements, sales transactions to track compliance with OEM specific product eligibility, commercial benefits, and pricing approval requirements. Assist with Process Improvements Identify, help develop and oversee implementation of end-to-end process enhancements to improve OEM’s customer experience and provide the OEM business with correct transactional execution for consistent and clear business performance reporting. Assist in achieving HPE system updates and data capture improvements for pricing, international ordering, and use of partner functions and business relationship types. Provide OEM Agreement Template Development and Negotiation Support Collaborate with OEM Operations Lead and OEM Legal Counsel and relevant cross-functional business teams to review and update existing OEM relevant agreements. Support the existence of proper documentation and workflow discipline for onboarding new OEM accounts and partners. Support agreement updates and negotiations with OEM customers and partners by working with the account teams and OEM Operations Lead and OEM Legal Counsel. Contribute to Knowledge Management Initiatives Provide guidance and training on OEM operational business rules and process standards across key stakeholders. Contribute to the organization’s knowledge management initiatives and documentation of best practices, preferably using efficient AI tools. Assist in developing industry-specific learning resources for business development teams.

Requirements

  • First level university agree in business operations, contracts management or communications.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in sales, business strategy and planning, operations, contract management, finance, or IT with a focus on tools and capabilities.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with experience in global operations opportunity to order management, preferably in OEM or partner linked ecosystems, working with global accounts with international supply management requirements.
  • Familiarity with contractual commercial terms, negotiations, and document management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Proven project management skills.
