About The Position

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical expertise, and relationship management within a dynamic and evolving energy market. Success depends on understanding the unique needs of OEM customers, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering value-added new manufacturing and component repair solutions for Solar Turbines and other energy OEMs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10–15+ years in MRO or aftermarket sales leadership
  • Strong technical background in Siemens and Mitsubishi turbines or similar platforms
  • Proven success in launching and scaling sales organizations for capital-intensive products
  • Expertise in managing strategic OEM relationships and securing major contracts
  • Proficiency in CRM, forecasting, pricing strategy, and KPI-driven performance
  • Global mindset with experience in cross-border and multi-market environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy for Energy OEM accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Energy OEMs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM stakeholders.
  • Oversee revenue budgeting and forecasting for OEM customers.
  • Manage bidding activities and lead contract negotiations.
  • Supervise ‘House Accounts’.
