About The Position
The Adoption Recruitment Supervisor supervises the OCOK Adoption Recruitment Specialists on a day-to-day basis. This role drives the recruitment process by ensuring appropriate timelines are met, profiles and photos are up-to-date, and child-specific recruitment is conducted in accordance with OCOK regulations, contract requirements, and agency policies/procedures. The supervisor promotes the well-being of children, participates in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing thorough recruitment to children.
