About The Position

1 YEAR BASE TERM, WITH POTENTIAL 2-YEAR EXTENSION. LARGELY REMOTE ROLE, BUT REQUIRED MONTHLY ONSITE MEETING IN SACRAMENTO, CA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university. Alternatively, additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
• An active OCM certification from a recognized, industry-standard OCM professional organization whose core mission includes OCM such as Prosci or Association of Change Management Professionals. This certification must be based on a formally documented OCM framework owned and maintained by the certifying organization, that includes structured training resulting in a required assessment. This certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
• Five (5) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying OCM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• Three (3) years of experience providing OCM services to government agencies.
• Two (2) years of experience training large organizations.
• Three (3) years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.

• Six (6) or more years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying OCM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. Four (4) or more years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

• Three (3) or more years of experience training large organizations.
• Four (4) or more years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
