Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Leadership, or similar roles
  • Proven success leading end-to-end OCM activities for large, complex initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience working onsite with cross-functional teams and business leaders
  • Ability to translate project changes into clear, actionable adoption plans
  • Comfort working in environments with evolving needs and multiple moving parts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering change initiatives in corporate, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with change methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or custom frameworks
  • Prior work within large enterprise environments or global organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full suite of Organizational Change Management activities for an active project initiative
  • Assess change impacts and develop tailored strategies, adoption plans, and communications
  • Partner closely with project leadership, PMs, SMEs, and stakeholders to advance work already underway
  • Develop communication plans, training plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Facilitate change readiness assessments and plan mitigation actions
  • Deliver change-focused artifacts, status updates, and leadership-facing documentation
  • Coach business partners and leaders on change adoption and sustainment
