The Change Lead will play a key role in driving change management activities for our client's Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program. This role will focus on ensuring a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders as new metering technologies and systems are implemented. The Change Lead will execute communication and engagement strategies, assess change impacts, and support training efforts to maximize adoption and minimize resistance. The AMI program consists of two major changes: Remote Meter Connectivity - Implementation of meters that can be remotely connected and disconnected. New Meter Data Management System (MDMS) - Deployment of a new system to manage AMI data, with potential go-live in early 2026. This role will execute and enhance existing change management strategies for the first initiative while developing a comprehensive approach for the second.
