About The Position
The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive consulting expertise, particularly in client-facing roles, ideally from Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms. The candidate should have a strong background in leading large-scale ERP and digital transformations. Mastery of organizational change management (OCM) methodologies is essential, with proven abilities to design and oversee enterprise-wide change strategies across various functions such as finance, HR, supply chain, and procurement. The role also demands hands-on experience with ERP and cloud solutions, particularly SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce, and Workday, including integrations across multi-cloud environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple change streams, balancing deliverables, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Digital fluency is crucial, with the ability to leverage data-driven tools for readiness insights and decision support. Strong communication and training skills are necessary, including expertise in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, interactive training design, and executive-level coaching. The candidate should be comfortable navigating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, utilizing tools like Jira and Smartsheet. Interpersonal influence and relationship-building skills are vital, especially in global, regulated environments such as healthcare, manufacturing, and finance. Experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in transformation contexts is also required.
