About The Position

Health Services of Northern New York is looking for a Per Diem OT - Qualified candidate will perform initial assessments, create/implement a therapy plan to develop or regain function or adjust to a disability. Will promote maximum independence of clients with a customized therapy plan in the clients' home setting. Progress will be evaluated routinely and adjustments to therapy plan will be implemented as necessary. Applicant must have good organizational skills. Demonstrates understanding of customer service when dealing with patients, family members, and other staff and able to work effectively with the care team.
