About The Position

We are seeking a passionate, driven certified occupational therapist assistant to deliver therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In this position, you will provide occupational therapy services to residents, including treatment, program implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders. We welcome seasoned, experienced COTAs to apply for this position, as well as new grads. ABOUT THE COMMUNITY Sharon Care Center is located in beautiful Centralia, close to Portland, just a short drive to Olympia or the scenic Washington coast. Utilizing a team approach, our therapists strive to provide the highest quality treatment, with measurable results. Services integrate nursing care, therapy, activities, diet, social services, and community resources to enhance the function of each individual. ABOUT MANAGEMENT BY INFINITY REHAB (MIR) Infinity Rehab assists healthcare providers with the oversight and execution of their in-house therapy services. We provide our customers with the systems, compliance oversight, staff training, MDS optimization, and management they need to run a successful program. Requirements

  • Associates degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
  • Successful completion of the National Certification for O.T.A.
  • Current state licensure
