Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Full Time Sunnyvale Post Acute šŸ’² Starting at $50/hour DOE + Full Benefits Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our compassionate and collaborative rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive post-acute care environment. Position Summary The Occupational Therapy Assistant provides skilled therapy services to residents under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The OTA plays a key role in helping patients regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance overall quality of life. Requirements

  • Current California OTA license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills
  • Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
