Requirements
- Active CO COTA license
- Current BLS certification
- OTA Licensed

Responsibilities
- Responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system.
- Flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
